A New Product Configuration Model for Low Product Cost and Carbon-Neutral Expenditure

In the background of global carbon-neutral requirements, enterprises need to control carbon emissions in process product lifecycles order gain market competitive advantages. Previous configuration studies, mostly focused on minimizing dioxide emissions, have ignored issue costs. This study quantifies costs borne by and cost government, respectively. A model for suppliers, enterprises, customers, recycling plants whole life cycle products was constructed. The unit removal were taken into account model. By costs, a bi-objective integer programming NSGA-II algorithm introduced solve Pareto front feasibility effectiveness this method then illustrated through case results comparison. It showed that, compared with scheme reduction, optimization as object had significant change. Integrating development activities effective reducing enterprise’s government’s financial expenditure simultaneously. proposed could provide win–win government enterprises.
